Qatar will host matches from November 20 through December 18 in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM. In its 22nd edition, the competition will be played for the first time in the Arab world. To get ready for the championship, the World Cup group stage draw was held in Doha, Qatar, on April 1, 2022. In June, the final three qualifying berths were completed by Wales, Australia, and Costa Rica, bringing the total to 32 teams. World Cup Qatar 2022 match schedule:

There will be group play from November 20 to December 2. From December 3–6, the Round of 16 will take place, followed by the knockout round. The quarterfinals will be held on December 9 and 10, and the semifinals on December 13 and 14. The day before the final game, December 17, is when the third-place playoff will take place.
